About DASH

Dorset Action on Safety and Health (DASH) was set up to develop industry-specific solutions to the problem of illnesses and injuries, and the unacceptable levels of fatalities and RIDDOR reported accidents in the waste and recycling industry.

The DASH training programme is spread over 1.5 days and uses training materials (including powerpoint presentations and trainers notes) which have been developed in a user friendly format. There is also a high quality DVD and multiple choice question bank which should be used to confirm understanding at the end of each day.

The cost of the 'A Waste of Time' DVD and training package is £22.50 (inclusive of postage and packaging). Candidates can be registered with WAMITAB and Certificated at a cost of £12.50 per candidate. Registration is open to all, and details should be provided to WAMITAB using this form.
